This is our intermediate class. Think arm balances, inversions, faster flows and less basic instruction as well as more in-depth or self-guided meditations.
These classes are our restorative & yin classes, basically an extension of savasana (the pose we end all classes in). There's maybe 8-10 resting poses we stay in for 4-8 minutes each time. Super mellow and really good if you're tired, injured, or in need of slowing down.
The Ashtanga Revolution
Ashtanga traditionally is a set series of poses but our in-house goddess Sarah mixes it up a bit, so it's not so strict. Expect to flow and get strong and open.
TYR Freestyler Session - NEW FOR 2020!
This is a scheduled time for your own personal practice, whether it's 10 minutes or an hour or more - just turn up anytime during the session (bearing in mind there's classes following these sessions). Unlike a traditional guided yoga class, this session isn't led and doesn't have a teacher, but just provides a space for you to get on your mat (or ours), without judgement, for whatever you need. Not suitable for complete beginners, as ability to self-practice is required. There'll be a teacher in reception at all times.
Friday I'm In Love, Bliss Flow, Morning Bliss and Wake Up & Flow are general vinyasa classes for all levels. There's often total beginners in there as well as folks who've been practicing for years. Modifications are provided where needed, and there's zero expectations (as always!).
