Joining TYR is probably the best thing I’ve done this year. The classes are fun, relaxing, challenging, and just as good for the mind as the body. I’m probably one of the oldest members but although I can’t manage everything there is always a way, and I am getting huge benefits from it and practicing almost daily. OMG I can’t say enough good things about Chloe and her gang. They are sooo welcoming from the moment the lesson starts you feel as though they are right by your side in their studio. Classes are amazing and I just did an on-demand class which was equally good. So happy that I found The Yoga Revolution. Lockdown has given me the chance to join in [TYR’s] online classes and I F**KING LOVE THEM! This is one of the warmest, most welcoming yoga communities I’ve ever come across, and Chloe is wonderful – so welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional, and a brilliant teacher.
