I have really enjoyed the beginners online course, it has been perfect for my needs, with just the right balance of practical instruction, background information, short classes and longer classes. Having the flexibility to dip into the videos whenever it’s been convenient for me, has been great. Also, being able to repeat the sessions to consolidate my learning of the poses and the sequences has also been so helpful. Thank you Chloe!

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed this beginner’s course. The time and energy Chloe has put in to creating it is much appreciated. I’ve found it to be well paced and interesting and in a format that fits round my commitments and geographical location (I live in Norfolk). I love Chloe’s commentary which I find very motivating and supportive, something that has perhaps been missing in some face to face classes I’ve attended elsewhere. When I started, I commented that I felt like the tin man from the Wizard of Oz. Only four weeks in, I’m starting to feel stronger, more flexible, relaxed (plus my body shape is changing for the better!). I don’t think I could ask for any more from Chloe and look forward to continuing my yoga with TYR!
