Here at TYR we’re firm believers in taking less intermediate classes whether you’ve been practicing a year or twenty. Basic yoga done well is, well, intermediate yoga. Our live classes are a perfect way to commit to your practice and get accountability. Chloe’s classes tend to be on the stronger side, and Sarah’s Monday Ashtanga class is an awesome session to choose for intermediates.
