Why do we yoga?

Since it was International Day Of Yoga last Tuesday, it’s probably a conversation worth having.

Practice yoga and improve your:

  • Balance
  • Strength (no, it’s not just stretching 😒)
  • Flexibility
  • Heart health
  • Circulation
  • General movement capability (tying shoelaces / running about with the kids / carrying shopping…)

But also to:

  • De-stress
  • Know what it’s like to *actually* be calm – it’s our superpower
  • Slow down (or improve our ability to be slower)
  • Have a laugh
  • Listen to amazing music (check out this latest class playlist of mine)
  • Connect with great people
  • Flip the bird at people less in traffic
