Why do we yoga?
Since it was International Day Of Yoga last Tuesday, it’s probably a conversation worth having.
Practice yoga and improve your:
- Balance
- Strength (no, it’s not just stretching 😒)
- Flexibility
- Heart health
- Circulation
- General movement capability (tying shoelaces / running about with the kids / carrying shopping…)
But also to:
- De-stress
- Know what it’s like to *actually* be calm – it’s our superpower
- Slow down (or improve our ability to be slower)
- Have a laugh
- Listen to amazing music (check out this latest class playlist of mine)
- Connect with great people
- Flip the bird at people less in traffic
