It’s that feeling of foundational panic; there’s too much to get done; you can’t make the right decision; you can’t really tell up from down.

Firstly, let this be a reminder that Netflix and your sofa aren’t the answer.

Easy solutions come in the form of a yoga and meditation practice. Going for a walk. Movement, fresh air, slowing down – this is part of your way out.

But there’s actually a wonderful mindset fix you can pull to make this even easier. It requires a little faith, a little imagination, but can be a total game changer.

So, once you’ve established a regular yoga and meditation habit (take us for a spin for free to help), here’s the reframing to help you beat overwhelm:

1. Image you just have one teeny tiny baby step to take before someone wonderful takes over everything for you.
