When I awake to the sound of the crickets, the sun is almost at its hottest already.
The smell of lavender and sage gently wake up my senses before the first morning coffee does its trick and the blueness of the ocean invites me for a swim.
A swim turns into an effortless floating in this space of weightlessness, letting the salt water carry me, fully present and aware of its power, reminding me that this is how I wish to be—fluid and strong.

Welcome to a virtual weekend yoga retreat exploring the ebbs and flows of the ocean and life.
Join in on this delicious weekend, turning inwards, exploring and getting to know the wast ocean inside, its rhythms, and learning how to sustainably harvest this energy in our everyday lives.
Through a series of meditations, yoga practices and journaling prompts we'll explore the ever-shifting ocean that is ourselves. We'll balance embodied practice focusing on intuitive and fluid movements with practices focusing on rest, restoration and staying with what is.
