This session is about finding a reset for your spine and especially your lower back. Sit at a desk all day? Drive too much? Just find you’ve got some niggles back there? Resetting from all of that and feeling better is exactly what this class is about.
Remember: if you can’t do all these poses yet, or if you’re injured or just don’t move like a yoga teacher, it’s all good. Chloe’s laying down the foundations, it’s up to you what you do with them. Enjoy!
